The second CACIM Colloquium is being organised in August 2006 at Sanskriti Kendra, New Delhi with a select list of invitees and others who have associated with us in past.

Day 1 : Sunday, August 13 2006

  • 11:00 : Arrival @ CACIM (A-3 Defence Colony) to travel together to Sanskriti

OR :

  • 12 noon : Arrival directly @ Sanskriti (see map @ www.sanskritifoundation.org)
  • 12:30 : CACIM Meeting starts, over light refreshments and then lunch @ Sanskriti
  • 3:00 : Introduction to CACIM, and open discussion, Jai Sen
  • 5:00 : Self introductions
  • 6:00 – 8:00 : Explorations in the Idea of Critical Action and Thought : Poetry reading, Ashok Vajpeyi / Critical readings, Sundar Chaterji
  • 8:00 : Dinner

Day 2 : Monday, August 14 2006

  • 8:30 – 11:30 : CACIM and Critical Action : Creating critical spaces, Jai and Madhuresh
  • 12:00 – 1:00 : Creating critical spaces in North East India, Sanjib Baruah
  • 1:00 – 2:00 : Lunch
  • 2:00 – 4:00 : A critical engagement with the world of Internet, Subbu (Subramanya Sastry) and T B Dinesh
  • 4:30 – 6:30 : The idea of criticality in thought and art, Sundar Chaterji
  • 8:00 : Dinner, and an evening together
